A 2006 FDA Warning Stated:
"Infants born to mothers who took SSRIs after the 20th week of pregnancy
were 6 times more likely to have
persistent pulmonary hypertension (PPHN)
than infants born to mothers who did not take antidepressants during
pregnancy."

"I had a son that was born with a severe heart
defect. He died at 1 month old. I was on Paxil throughout my entire
pregnancy because I was told that it was a safe medication. Had I KNOWN
it wasn't, do you think I would have taken it? Hell no!"
